How we work

A process designed to remove surprises

Ten clear phases from the first conversation to years of reliable operation. You always know what is happening, what comes next, and what it costs.

01Principles

Four principles behind every project

  1. 01

Working software beats slide decks — you review real builds, not mockups

  2. 02

Two-week increments keep you in control of priorities and budget

  3. 03

Every phase ends with a documented, verifiable deliverable

  4. 04

Fixed pricing per phase, so the scope you approve is the price you pay

02The ten phases

From discovery to scale, step by step

Each phase produces a concrete deliverable you can review. Nothing is locked in early — we adjust as we learn, and you approve every step.

Phase A

Plan

Understand the problem and agree on what is worth building.

  1. Step 01 / 10

    Discovery

We learn your business, users, and constraints before a line of code is written.

    Duration: 1–2 weeks

We start with structured conversations with stakeholders, a review of how your team works today, and a look at the tools and systems you already run. The goal is to understand the problem precisely — not to sell you a solution.

    Deliverables

    • Clear problem statement
    • Stakeholder alignment
    • Initial scope outline
  2. Step 02 / 10

    Requirements Analysis

Discovery findings become a prioritized, testable set of requirements.

    Duration: 1–2 weeks

We translate what we learned into concrete functional and non-functional requirements. Each requirement is written so it can be verified in testing, and everything is prioritized against your business goals.

    Deliverables

    • Prioritized requirement list
    • Acceptance criteria
    • Non-functional targets (speed, security)
  3. Step 03 / 10

    Product Strategy

We agree on what to build first — and what to deliberately leave out.

    Duration: 1 week

Working with you, we define the minimum product that delivers real value, sequence the roadmap, and set measurable success metrics. If you already have a roadmap, we pressure-test it against user need and effort.

    Deliverables

    • MVP scope and roadmap
    • Success metrics
    • Release plan
Phase B

Design

Shape the experience and the technical blueprint before code.

  1. Step 04 / 10

    UI/UX Design

Interfaces are prototyped and tested before development begins.

    Duration: 2–4 weeks

Our designers turn the strategy into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. Flows are validated with real users where possible, and a design system keeps every screen consistent through development.

    Deliverables

    • Clickable prototypes
    • Design system
    • Usability feedback
  2. Step 05 / 10

    Architecture Planning

The technical blueprint — chosen for the problem, not the hype.

    Duration: 1 week

We select the stack, design the data model, and define the system boundaries. The architecture plan documents security, scalability, integration, and deployment approach so the team builds with the end in mind.

    Deliverables

    • Technical architecture doc
    • Stack and data model
    • Deployment topology
Phase C

Build

Ship working, tested software in two-week increments.

  1. Step 06 / 10

    Development

Working software delivered in two-week increments you can see.

    Duration: Ongoing

We build in sprints, shipping usable slices of the product every two weeks. You review real software — not slide decks — and we adjust priorities based on what you see.

    Deliverables

    • Shippable increments every 2 weeks
    • Versioned source and docs
    • Code reviews and clean history
  2. Step 07 / 10

    Quality Assurance

Automated and manual testing protects the product and your reputation.

    Duration: Continuous

Every release passes automated tests, code review, and a manual QA pass that covers the flows users actually touch. Accessibility and performance are checked as part of QA, not as an afterthought.

    Deliverables

    • Automated test coverage
    • Manual QA sign-off
    • Accessibility and performance checks
Phase D

Run

Release safely, watch production, and keep improving.

  1. Step 08 / 10

    Deployment

Releases to production are automated, verified, and reversible.

    Duration: 1–2 days

We deploy through a CI/CD pipeline to your cloud environment. Deployments include database migrations, smoke tests, and a documented rollback path. You get a link to a staging environment to review before anything goes live.

    Deliverables

    • Zero-downtime deployment
    • Rollback plan
    • Monitoring live
  2. Step 09 / 10

    Monitoring

We watch the system in production and act before problems surface.

    Duration: Continuous

After launch we track uptime, errors, performance, and usage. Alerts reach the right person, and a weekly health report shows you exactly how the system is performing.

    Deliverables

    • Uptime and error dashboards
    • Alerting on real issues
    • Weekly health report
  3. Step 10 / 10

    Maintenance & Scaling

We stay on as the product grows — adding features and capacity as needed.

    Duration: Ongoing

Software is never finished. We provide ongoing maintenance, security updates, and feature development, and we scale the infrastructure as your usage grows. You always know what you are paying for.

    Deliverables

    • Scheduled updates
    • Feature roadmap execution
    • Cost-efficient scaling
